    1. Operations Manager–Bruce Thron-Weber:
      1. SCFD report :
        1. Money to spend before the end of year.
        2. Need to know what expenses are and what’s left over.
        3. Need to spend money that was received in 2019
        4. The 2020 grant need to spend by end of 2021
        5. Mike wants to know why can’t we include other counties in the grant?
        6. Bruce says we would need to meet the requirements of each county and because our grant is from Jefferson County, we cannot have more than 50% of concerts outside of Jefferson County.
        7. What we apply for in 2021 depends on spending in 2020.
      2. Discussion Items
        1. Getting the band back together.
          1. Dependent on CDC guideline re: COVID
          2. Will need a new place to rehearse.
  • Re: Buying keyboard: Conrad looking at one that could work. Mike in agreement. Need to confirm financials before purchase.
  1. Grant proposal due March 2021
  2. Need to figure out payment to directors, Bruce and Athena. Waiting for financial reports, then will vote by email.
  3. Think about renegotiating contracts due to COVID.
